Our Services


Every service is delivered with intention. We approach each signing with meticulous care and a composed presence, allowing you to move forward knowing everything has been handled properly.


General Notarization - $10 per signature

Documents include, but are not limited to, Affidavit, Pre- and Post-Nuptial Agreements, Settlement and Separation Agreements, Verification, Jurat, Oath/Affirmation, Acknowledgment, Release, Waiver, Titles, Consent Forms, Travel Forms, etc.


Estate Planning - $10 per signature

Documents include, but are not limited to, Trusts, Wills, Advance Directive, Powers of Attorney, HIPAA Authorization, etc.


Loan Signing / Real Estate Transactions - Contact for Pricing

Services include, but are not limited to, home purchase, home sale, mortgage refinance, deeds, etc.


Travel Fee - $25

Initial Travel Fee covers the first 15 miles of travel. Each additional mile will be charged $0.70 per mile.


Witness Fee - Starting at $25

Clients are responsible for arranging and providing any witnesses required for their service.

If you prefer that we coordinate and provide qualified witnesses on your behalf, this can be arranged for an additional fee per witness. These fees are determined based on the type of service requested and are intended to cover the witness’s time, coordination, and travel expenses. Please contact us in advance to discuss availability and pricing.

Please note:
Witness coordination is subject to availability, and fees may still apply if a scheduled appointment is canceled or cannot be completed.


Legal Support/Paralegal Services - Contact for Pricing

Support services are available to assist attorneys with day-to-day legal and administrative tasks, helping maintain efficient case management and document handling.

Services include:

  • Drafting of legal and administrative documents

  • Binder and closing package preparation

  • File organization and maintenance
